  • Yes..I save enough that I can have a snack..100-150 cal or so...a skinny cow ice cream or cereal...even a lite english muffin w/ T peanut butter...not every night..but if the stomach is growling, I won't sleep.
  • That sounds amazing, thanks!
  • Oops...sorry, I meant Polar seltzer.
  • Can't believe this is me writing this because I really miss my vanilla cokes...but I switched to seltzer water...Poland spring vanilla orange and black cherry are really good...sometimes I add a shot of sugar free syrup..yeah, it has Splenda. My surprise finding is that when I get off the soda, I don't miss the…
  • Thai chicken is my new favorite...the peanut and orange chicken are good too...and the margarita pizza. Some are better than others...you'll find your faves soon. I wait for a sale and stock up. I do agree they aren't enough cals for dinner...but if sodium isn't a concern, they are perfect for lunch at work and don't have…
  • I love the crunchy tacos, (HUGE cal savings over their soft tortillas...), skip the rice and add chicken, lettuce, salsa and you can still afford cheese. Their web site lets you build your own meal so do some research before you go in. Their chips and salsa sounds harmless...they are not.:-( Oh, and you can ask for two…
  • You are amazing for caring about her health while being sensitive to her feelings. Your best way may be to say nothing for a while...I have been on a plan for 8 weeks and by supporting me, my boyfriend is starting to adopt some of my habits. He is reading labels, cooking lighter and ordering differently when we go out.. So…
  • You say 200 seems to be the weight you can't get past or that triggers a binge cycle...are there others around you being supportive or giving you a hard time for wanting to lose? Sometimes I have to distance myself from those who are eating out all the time or going for drinks and fatty appetizers. Real friends will…
  • Oat bran wrap with one egg scrambled, 1 laughing cow wedge warmed in micro for a few seconds. Maybe a slice of turkey bacon sometimes. Mmm.
  • Steamed veggies and chicken beef or pork. Nothing fried like general tsos... And take half off your plate and havebthem wrap it up for you in advance. Mmm. Enjoy. Oh, and start with a soup.

  • I tried the Fage 0 with honey or cherry and weaned myself down to plain. Add 2 T museli or granola and have a bag of frozen raspberries..the juice from the thawing adds perfect sweetness..a little Truvia or Stevia if nec. Just had this for lunch. Or save it to thicken a protein shake.
  • I had a bad vanilla coke habit but now that I'm back to 56-72 oz of water a day, I truly have no room (or bladder!) for soda. I save it for a treat when I do eat out, having a diet coke with lime. Of course, this is coming from a one med ice coffee w/ soy milk and truvia a day or starbuck's unsweetened passion tea..mmm no…
  • Our lives are busy and frozen veggies are as nutritious as fresh. Green giant boxed veggie blend with barley is amazing. I bring it to work for lunch with a veggie burger or leftover pork chop or chicken. My coworkers flock in to see what smells so good. Filling too. Switch to a lite honey mustard dressing..newsman's makes…

  • Great for you and tons of fiber...so very filling. You can try it for breakfast too..add some vanilla soy milk, cinnamon or blueberries. As my mom used to say 'it's an acquired taste' but I enjoy it now. :-)
  • Don't give up. I honestly don't think you are eating enough calories. If your body is in starvation mode it will hold on to all you give it. Sounds crazy but up your intake and I bet the scale will move in the right direction. Have some protein and good carbs at every meal and eat every 3-4 hrs. Switch up the exercise too.…
