  • I started weighing my food, too if it's not possible to measure. Makes a BIG TIME difference!! I agree that "eyeing" your portions is very inaccurate.
  • This may sound weird, but I take 2 tbsp. of garlic hummus & add H20 to make it a consistency of a creamy dressing. I use it every night on my salad : ) You have to watch the sodium in the FF dressings - it is usually very high - that is why I quit using them.

  • 2 things I can think of are increasing your calorie intake a bit & changing your exercise routine. Your body does become used to the same routine even w/your exercise routine. Also, do you allow yourself a "Rest Day" & a "Cheat Day/Meal " ?

  • Jenni~ LOTS of veggies, moderate fruit, chicken, turkey & fish if you can slide it in there. Try to eat the majority of your carbs early in the day and I usually don't have a fruit past late afternoon. I drink TONS of H2O, plain tea and black coffee.   • I figure my calories on my Cheat Day as best I can. It just makes me aware of how much more I consume that day. I usually do a Cheat Meal along w/a Cheat dessert.
