I used old school 3x5 and 5x5 routines to get to a 1150lb total. After that I switched to cube method ( has a mixture of low rep ranges and high, thing 1 rep to 12 rep sets). Once I switched to cube I progressed to over a 1400lb total within 5 months. I switched back to lower volume training for cutting down from 250lbs.…

Low fat cottage cheese is pretty much the best thing ever for low fat/low calorie protein. I mix that with 2% mozz and ham for omelettes. You can use egg beaters if the eggs are too much fat. At that point it's nothing but protein. For snacks I normally do a greek yogurt or home made beef jerky with those cheese sticks.…

How so? OP, when you decrease the sodium to potassium ratio, your body stops holding on to so much water.

ON is good stuff but it doesnt mix as well as Atlarge Nutrition's stuff. AN's stuff is considerably more expensive, though. EAS is just as good as ON and its even cheaper if you buy it from sam's club. I just think AN mixes/tastes the best.
