I agree! I also have a Polar with a chest strap! It is awesome. Definately worth paying a bit more...my dad has one too. No problems!

:smile: Turbo Jam is awesome! I love the instructor. Very motivational. Turbo Fire is great too! More difficult, but you will get a great workout with turbo jam...it's all what you put into it! Have fun!

Thanks for your input! I am going to order Chalean extreme...,.I love her style of teaching in the DVD's that I have. She is a great motivator...so real and full of energy! And I kinda like having a "girl" teach me too....It motivates me to see her ...so fit and full of life!

yes, I think the gum, candy causes me to be bloated in the belly. I chew the gum too much, easy a pack a day. I would say the worst thing about diet soda...any soda...is the phosphoric acid. Our bodies tries to maintain an acid balance, and the soda throws it off. Yes, I have a sweet tooth! I do not eat white flour products, and seldom white potatoes, no white rice. Just whole grains...No added sugar to hardly a thing..just my own addition to of spenda, stevia...I am going to try and cut back, maybe my cravings will lessen.. Thanks for your insight.

Yes, staying around 5 pounds to much still isn't terribly aweful, I agree any more on my 5'4" frame starts being bad. My thighs touch more, and my belly is softer and a bit bigger. YES, I don't like when the scale number determines my feelings for the day!!! I only weigh every few weeks, and first think in the morning, after bathroom, no drink...Ya know??!
