cold... ice cold water on an empty stomach helps a lot with burning fat! But don't overdo it or your inner organs will be sulky.

krass eure Erfolge. Mein größer Erfolg ist zurzeit das ich wieder mein Freeletic Training aufnehmen konnte und auch mein Tennis Training. Mein Rücken ist gut verheilt, jetzt muss er nur noch gestärkt und "gut behandelt" werden. :) Bin 2 Wochen Freeletics hinterher... Step by Step i will do it! ich bleib dabei. vamos
