I made a decision again! TODAY!
I have many goals in every area of life also from very small to very, very big goals.
I think if I write some of my goals into public then I have some extra (more) motivation to reach all, absolutely all of my goals.
This year have (only) 92 days left and I have many wishes & goals to reach until end of the year 2014.
So I start this Thread with my fitness goals for october... :bigsmile:
->31 Days wake up before 5:00AM +COLD, very COLD shower. GO HARD.

->31 Days conscious eating = no cheat days. Only reefed if needed and then with control!

->31 Days of walking +40min/day. (+Hour of Power aka Tony Robbins)
progress: 1/31
->31 Days of writing my Top 10 Goals down + To do + 3 questions (What have I improved/learned/enjoyed TODAY?! =CANI)

->31 Days of Stretching my full body… preferred before bed.

->15 Strength Training Sessions (Calisthenics)
progress: 1 /15
->10 Runs (Freestyle/5K/10K)

->Start Tennis training again.

That’s some of my "MAIN" Fitness goals for october.
I will update daily (edit the main thread and comment with finished or something like that ... )
If would be very cool and awesome if some of you follow/support/push me. I’m very thankful for every cheers and that would be a f*cking bonus for going hard or not?! :laugh:
Anyway … I wish all of you, absolutely all a wonderful October and that you also reach all your goals for October! Keep going! :flowerforyou:
