Depends on how much of kg are fat or muscles etc. With a decent muscle mass in my opinion 140 is good. If you dont have any muscles, you should be higher like 150.

Thats because you made your stomach get used to eat very small portions.. Try to add just a little more food every day, your stomach will try to customize and you ll be able to eat bigger portions. Btw how many calories do you eat per day?

When you hit smaller bf % you also lose some boob size yes.. It also depends on how much fat you store on boobs too.

Ok i am starting today with my own program: Waist-78cm in the morning( where i store the more fat) Chest- 92-93cm Biceps 33-34cm 62kg I think watching the changes of your measurements is better than watching photos. I am pretty sure fruits are healthy in normal quantities. Personaly i eat about 15-60 grams of sugar per day including fruits.

If you could count the calories you were eating while bulking, then every other day go -100 calories. You should be like 300-500 calories under your mainentance calories
