Ooh I love this! I never even thought of doing that! So for me, walking to cvs one way takes 15 mins, so that's a total of 30 mins of walking and calorie burning to sort of off set the treat and then I may not even want it anymore! Brilliant!

Def eat in moderation and as mentioned, don't keep them in the house! If you like the texture, you could try making crisps out of cheese - pile the cheese into sections on baking sheet, and pop into the oven until they melt and then turn nice and crispy.
