I'll look into hypertrophy focused, thanks! And thanks for sharing your experience. I'd be fine with a super slow loss if I was still seeing good performance in exercising. I'm ready to not feel like I'm on a calorie deficit anymore so whatever feels right and doesn't make me gain I'll go with.

This is a late reply but here goes: The book Atomic Habits was helpful to me. I looked at my emotional eating habits and adjusted them. The biggest one was as soon as my kids went down for naps or down at bedtime I would immediately want to eat a large amount of ice cream, etc. to relax. I switched it for new habits-…

Hi! I relate to this a lot. My main coping was emotional eating and tv for a long time. If it's helpful here are the coping skills I use now. (I personally still use tv, I just recognize it as "neutral" as long as it's for a shorter time period) Movement- going on a walk outside helps a ton. House walking works too…

I agree with others saying it is probably your uterus, and also looking into anterior pelvic tilt.
