i have a theory on this subject. It only takes 2-3 weeks to get something out of your system. For example when I gave up pop I tried it again after a few weeks and I was discusted with the taste. Haha I love this, I cannot stand doctor oz!!!! but my biggest pet peeve is when people want to loose twenty pounds in a month or set some other unrealistic expectations. When you loose weight if you don't do it the right way then you will just gain back everything. Like anything its the work you put into it. Be realistic.

Well, when i dated my ex i gained fifty plus pounds (including break up). So now i want to look amazing. Not to mention when i am ready to start dating again , I want to feel more confidante. But my top reason is I want to be healthy.

It is also good to change your excercise routine too. Because when your body does the sam stuff over and over it gets used to it. Variety is good. Not longer just a change. Try a dvd or a bike ride. Anything that is different then what you are doing now.
