Hey,
I have been stuck on the same weight for 3 weeks now, i dont kow what it is i need to do to fix it, i cant do more exercise, i'm a single working mother and struggle for time, i already do 2-7 activities a week depending on time, and i dont want to take on more things as i cannot keep more than what i am doing now up when i hit my target and go into mantaining weight....
I have hypothroidism, and have gone to a ketogenic diet, which has worked very well so far, so I dont know what im doing wrong...
Any advice?

Calorie deficit = weight loss. If you continue to stay on the same weight, you are not eating at a calorie deficit.0

If you open your diary you will get more useful feedback on where you went wrong. If you think it is a thyroid problem then you need to go see the Dr. and make sure you do not need to make any medical adjustments.
Make sure you continue to re-adjust your calorie goal as you lose, especially if you are trying to lose at a slow rate; then you have a smaller deficit window to work with so making sure you numbers are correct is more important.0 -
Opening your diary would help, but it could be water weight (have you been eating a lot of carbs and sodium?). Also your exercise, are you lifting weights trying to build muscle or are they cardio activities? You may also want to measure in addition to weighing. Usually even when my weightloss plateaus, I still lose inches from my measurements. And I'll take inches over pounds any day!0

It is also good to change your excercise routine too. Because when your body does the sam stuff over and over it gets used to it. Variety is good. Not longer just a change. Try a dvd or a bike ride. Anything that is different then what you are doing now.0

Be sure that you are really measuring and weighing your food - I know that after I checked myself I found that what I thought was 1 cup, really wasn't. I also shake up my routine - eat completely different foods and either do 2 days of intense exercise, or 2 days of rest dependent upon my workout schedule up to that point. I also added FIBER - lots of fiber to my diet and it worked!! Truthfully, I personally believe that a combination of things got me over my plateau - change up the food I am fueling my body with; do a different exericse or none at all; and add fiber - as much fiber as I can to my diet.0

She stated she is on a ketogenic diet, which is low carb and high fat, so I don't think carbs are the issue. But you may be correct about the sodium.0
