How much running do you do? It is actually “normal” for it to fall off. Happens to me from time to time when I do 5-6 miles a day for 4-5 days straight. Do you feel it rubbing at the tip of your shoe? Maybe you shoes are too small. Or trim them back far enough that they won’t rub.

You would think the car is brand spanking new. There is no trash in my car. Everything is clean and pristine. I use to detail cars as a side job to make some extra cash. It is also a passion. What is your calorie limit? Are you eating back your exercise calories? I know this might sound counterintuitive, but have you tried to increase your calories? Sometimes not eating enough can hinder your weight lost. Just a thought.
