Calories burned at a dance?

Where everyone is just jumping up and down? XD The dance was 3 hours, but taking in breaks, hitting the canteen, disliking the song, waiting for friends, I would say I danced for about 2 hours, give or take a half hour.
So how many calories do you i think burned? I weigh around 117 at 5 ft 2.

also wow was a fun game
  • I kind of wanted to know how much more to eat today, since I ate little during the day ._. But okay, I'll look as it as burning none.

You don't have to count every single calorie burnt and you don't have to eat back every single calorie either.

There is a fine line between being consistent in your logging and over doing it.

This, for me at least, is over doing it. It was a fun activity that you didn't do to burn any extra calories. When I go wrestle around with my little brother or play a game of Frisbee or something I'm doing it because I like to be physically active not because I want to burn more calories. Let your fun be fun, don't make it a work out.

I don’t know about the dance you were at but I burn a decent amount of calories on Dance Central on the Kinect.

I wouldn't count it as none. My DDR game for XBOX is a lot of jumping and stepping and I can burn 500 calories easily in about 30-40 minutes of non-stop motion. Dancing is just another form of cardio, so I'd say you did burn a few if you danced for 2 hours.
