Ive been doing this for nearly 2 weeks. I've logged everything I eat and all my exercise - I haven't lost a pound!
I've been upped my exercise, a minimum of 30 mins a day of cardio or strength. Added to that I walk everywhere.... I'm logging it on run keeper. What the heck am I doing wrong....
I only want to lose 10lbs - doesn't seem a lot to ask or am I not trying hard enough

What is your calorie limit? Are you eating back your exercise calories? I know this might sound counterintuitive, but have you tried to increase your calories? Sometimes not eating enough can hinder your weight lost. Just a thought.

Two weeks isn't very long to see if a new diet is working.

The last 10 are the hardest! I've been working on them for over 9 months now...

We can't see your diary so we don't know what kind of nutrition you've got going on.
You could be over-estimating on your exercise cals.
You could be under-estimating on your food intake.

But mainly, you only have 10 lbs to lose. That is going to take time. The less you have to lose the longer it takes to come off. Have some patience.

without knowing your diet, i'm going to bet that you are most likely not eating enough. you should find your BMR, which you can get if you click on the "tools" tab that is right up there ^ and never eat below that number ever.

I've been working on mine for about two months now! I just upped my calories! I feel better and I haven't gained an ounce, so I am hoping to start gaining some muscle and lose the fat!

I've haven't used all the calories I've gained from exercise - that's the confusing bit.....
I've got a daily target of 1280 and generally have 1350 to 1450

Patient...it comes off slower than it goes on. What are you eating? If you are real heavy to begin with, you will find that it is even harder to come off. Also, I would suggest strength training with cardio. Do your strength training and follow that up with a round of HIIT cardio. Also are you taking a multivitamin? If not, I would definitely incorporate that into your daily routine.

If you think you have 10 pounds to lose, it's best to toss the scale out the frickin' window and go by measurements, how clothes fit, and most importantly, progress photos. Especially if you're strength training.

Make sure you're drinking plenty of water and track your sodium

Don't worry! I had 12 pounds to lose and it took me nearly 8 months to get rid of it. Slow and steady.
Physically, I don't look a whole lot different (slightly less fluffy maybe, thinner face) but I did drop a pant size.

I'm aiming for 6-7 more lbs. which I know is going to be extremely tough.

Don't let the scale drive you crazy. Also make sure you're not eating too few calories. I upped my calories from around 1350 to 1700ish and started losing again when I got stuck.

Add me if you like.
