Perhaps it's time to switch up the muscle group. Try core workouts, the difficult variety. Or do a round of Insanity or a pilates class.

I would say 500-600 is high, but I'm not a professional. Have you had a metabolic assessment done? If you did, it should tell you what zones are best for you.

Okay, we are pretty close: I just turned 28 late August. Height: 5'2 SW: (Ignore, I haven't been on MFP in awhile and ballooned when I switched jobs) But I was 192ish. CW: 170 GW: 135 I will bug you every day to keep going if you do the same. :happy:

Try not to stress. Remember that you're trying to adjust a new diet into your life so it is a lifestyle change. Take little steps at a time. Don't buy food you would never eat for sake of the diet. Cut back on your portions and cut the bad stuff out little by little. Soda, chips, unnecessary carbs like bagels or pastries…
