I'll give it a go! I'll shoot for 60 and see where I land at the end of the month! Any amount of time spent doing this is better than nothing so I won't feel like I lost if I don't hit it :)

This thread is cracking me up! I second, third, and fourth that Kombucha is pond scum. I also can't do those protein water thingys. They are too thick for normal water and the taste is vile

Is it a binge because you miss a certain food item or because you are hungry? If you're hungry, I totally agree with @31shines If you really miss a favorite food, let yourself have it in moderation from tiem to time so that the "need" for it isn't so desperate. If you love cookies, have a cookie on a good day just fit it…

my boyfriend is super supportive. He wants to lose weight and be healthy too so when I tell him I want to do something (ie the Whole30) he willingly does it too!

I love chipotle and you can make it work on the Whole30.... It's not really that fun because your only meat option is carnitas (the rest are cooked in soybean oil) BUT it can be a meal I don't have to cook and dishes I don't have to clean!

Alright I was able to accept the invite! Lauren. 27, this is my third challenge. I work at a desk job that I love but it definitely makes me stagnant! I've had a depressingly impressive weight gain the last month and its my goal to lose it in this challenge!
