Ha ha that made me laugh! Strangely the first thing I've done after twice hitting my goal (the clue's there) .......is reduce my goal further. I'm not very good with failure so had to do it in stages. The recent revison (this morning) is however the final one!

Thanks. Have changed my calorie goal to maintenance for now. Celebrated with a 5k run - first time I went that far - and bidding for some Merrell walking/running shoes on eBay ;-)

Many thanks. I think I'm just in shock :)

Bumping up one more time in car there are any thoughts.

Anyone any thoughts??

I'm 5'5" and my initial goal was 140lb which I'm very close to (my SW was 156). I MAY revise my goal but probably only down to 135. I can't even begin to imagine being less than about 130. But I agree it is dependent on boady type, shape and age. In my late teens I was about about 110-115 which was OK then but wouldn't be…

No idea which is best. Only ever run outdoors as no access to a treadmill however now its dark days And winter it'd be great to have one RR

I would definitely say that distance is more important initially. I'm at about 26 minutes (did C25K for about 8 weeks and got to W6) but doing my own steady increases now. I run at about 5.5mph still and can keep going longer than if I try to go faster. My plan is to get up to being able to do 5K (even though it will…

I started 10 weeks ago although I'm not a grad cos I've only so far done 26mims/3.5K After week 6 ish I did my own thing but certainly wouldn't have got this far without the programme. Week 4 and 5 were tough but if you feel that just repeat a week, I had to do 20 mons over and over before I was ready to try 22 then 24 and…

Really look a C25K and hop on at a later week if you must. I'd never run before and it's taken me 2 months to be able to run 2mikes in one go. Congratulations if you manage it but watch for injuries - I've had none at all, not even anything minor following this interval training.

Thanks for all the responses thus far. I decided not to log and hope as a poster has written, that I get a surprise on the scales! May have been balanced by the mulled wine and brandy I drank :-)

I'm from Worcestershire but my family is from the NE, and I love Yorkshire. Feel free to add me

For the first time ever I have days like this. Always eat something but am also finding high cal and low cal days helps lose weight. I have 4lb to go to my goal (though I may revise that down) and I thought the last few would be harder - not the case so far!!

This may be controversial but it'd be healthier and cheaper to take/make your own salad or sandwich. Unless for some reason it HAS to be Subway.

I weigh daily, sometimes more than once ;-), but I know it goes up and down. What matters to me is that when I check the graph, the trend is downwards!! I could never wait a whole month!!

I'm on roughly W7 though skipped a long 20 min run and working my own way to It. Never run til 7 weeks ago and loving it. Have had no serious aches but do walk a lot more than the specified cool down
