Dilemma ........
Having set myself a goal nearly four months ago, I was 1.4kg away about a week ago - suddenly, somehow the weight started dropping off this week - have done nothing really different.....who said the last bit was the hardest??
I'm afraid I'm a daily weigher but as its been going down everyday that's been good this week. Just weighed myself and amazingly lost the last 400g and am on target - yippee!!!
However I have two issues
1. I'm somehow scared to log it in case it goes back on and 2. Don't feel I can celebrate too much cos in actual fact I think I want to lose a bit more.......didn't want to aim too low initially because I really never thought I'd do it!!
Anyway 15 weeks and 16lbs lost - I am really very happy!!!

Log it, enjoy it and celebrate it! My weight has dropped quickly over the last two weeks, compared to the previous two months, so I get where you're coming from.
No harm in continuing if you want to...perhaps calculate your BMI and use that to help you work out where to aim for?0 -

Many thanks.
I think I'm just in shock0 -
what a fantastic achievement now buy yourself something to keep (a little bit of jewellery - just an idea) as you HAVE reached your target
over the holiday season attempt to maintain so that by mid Jan you are still at target then you can decide if you want to take a further journey - it takes time for us to get used to the new you
and again congratulations its fantastic0 -
Thanks.
Have changed my calorie goal to maintenance for now.
Celebrated with a 5k run - first time I went that far - and bidding for some Merrell walking/running shoes on eBay ;-)0
