Hungry?

Today I'm just not feeling hungry at all......does anyone else ever have a day like this? When you do what do you do....not eat or have a few small healthy snacks through out the day? Any suggestions?

    ehhh, if you're not planning on strenuous activity, i personally wouldn't force it and enjoy a low-calorie day! Then another day when you are hungry, you don't have to stress as much. It also helps you lose weight faster if you alternate low-calorie days with higher-calorie days. That's how I lost the last 5 pounds, and how i'm continuing to slim down the vanity fat haha :)
  • Small healthy snacks throughout the day - its an easy way to rack up calories while still getting the nutrition your body needs!

    Yeah I have days like that and other days I'm ravenous. I agree - graze and you will eat enough calories. It's OK to occasionally drop down as long as it doesn't become a habit. It should all balance out.

    For the first time ever I have days like this. Always eat something but am also finding high cal and low cal days helps lose weight. I have 4lb to go to my goal (though I may revise that down) and I thought the last few would be harder - not the case so far!!
