Am I double logging exercise?
I have a Fitbit Flex synced to MFP which I turn is synced with Map My Fitness. I'm concerned that I'm logging exercise twice. If I log exercise in MMF it shows in MFP and then on the Fitbit app, however this is also logging my steps during this period. Any thoughts? Many thanks.

Does anyone else have difficulty calculating calories? I rarely eat shop bought 'meals', a pizza perhaps sometimes. 30 DS and MFP calories
I'm sure this has been asked before but I couldn't find it. Have just done my first session and it wasn't as bad as I thought - maybe i wasn't working hard enough - I've seen suggestions that it's logged as circuit training??? But really 170 cals for 20 mins - surely that's too high. I don't have HRM so can't check.…
