Thankyou. Its a bit tougher this time for me, because ive got a new job, and im surrounded by alot of temptations. Usually i tend to just avoid as many temptations as i can. but this time i constantly have to exercise alot of control. I really do believe that ill get there, but its going to be tough. So that didn't go so well. 3 weeks of over eating. At least I didn't totally forget what I was trying to do. I kept overeating. But I did keep trying. But today was good, and I'm feeling optimistic for tomorrow. :)

Yes :) I 'only' have to lose 10 pounds to be at the top of the healthy weight range. Though I would like to lose double that. But one step at a time. I just feel like I know this process so well. it seems to be two weeks forward and one week back. but im still trying.

good week except that lunch yesterday was probably so over calories that it balanced my weeks deficit. sigh.

one day completely over one day maintenance (started off over but i managed a bit of control) 4 days deficit week total is over. frustrated that one off day outweighs so much effort on the other days.
