its not getting easier. every day is hard. but i have a routine that is working2 -
one day completely over
one day maintenance (started off over but i managed a bit of control)

So, I kept losing, and my bmi stayed healthy.
Until 'unprecedented' times led to 'unprecedented' eating.
Well, actually, who am I kidding, it's well precedented - I've been a binge eater for many years. But I definitely lost my rhythm, and fell back into my old habits.
Since I don't normally weigh myself, I don't actually know what I was a couple of months ago, so I don't how much I've gained. In fact, I was a little surprised that the number on the scale wasn't too high. I can feel how much weight I've gained, though; so it must be that I was quite low before.
Anyway, it doesn't really matter, I'm here now and quite motivated to do something about it.
My BMI is in the 'overweight' range, so this should be achievable, as long as I stay focused.

Yes I 'only' have to lose 10 pounds to be at the top of the healthy weight range. Though I would like to lose double that. But one step at a time.
I just feel like I know this process so well. Its just a sense of 'right, here we go again'.
There's going to be ups, there's going to be downs, just stick with it, you will get there, it will become habit. again.
I've done well so far. The first morning started with a binge, but instead of giving up on the day, I just got back on track and pretended that it hadn't happened.
The other 2 days have been great. so in all I'm really happy. Its been a relatively smooth effort to get back on the wagon. Fingers crossed it will continue.1 -
So that didn't go so well.
3 weeks of over eating.
At least I didn't totally forget what I was trying to do. I kept overeating. But I did keep trying.
But today was good, and I'm feeling optimistic for tomorrow.1 -
