  • Have you tried sparkling water? My boyfriend hates plain water but likes sparkling waters and seltzers like pellegrino. There are also some naturally flavored fruit seltzer waters that are calorie free.

  • Yeah that has been my approach for the last few months. I have read that the excess skin can tighten for at least a year after being at a stable weight so I keep hoping it will get better but I have not seen much change so far.

  • Steel cut oats. I made some in the crockpot last weekend and put almond milk, honey, banana and peanut butter in them. I portioned it out into small containers and ate it for breakfast almost everyday this week. It was about 200 calories for a serving and kept me full for hours.
