  • Hi, I purchsed mine a few days ago, and so far I like it. It's quite technical, but I'm getting used to it. It's pushing me to be more active, which is always a plus. There is a Fitbit Users group...I suggest you search for it under "groups" and you'll plenty of info from others who use it. Hope this helps.
  • Wow, you look fantastic...and a lot younger too! Congrats on your progress, and thanks for sharing!
  • You're looking great girlie! Congrats on your progress!
  • Hey ladies...good evening, and I'm hoping your week is off to a great start. Well, mine could be better. The scale said I've gained 2.2lbs since my last weigh in (214.2 --> 216.4) . This is quite annoying, and a bit frustrating. While I didn't get to hit all of my workout days as planned, I did manage to workout 4…
  • Thanks...just signed up for it! here's the link I used: http://www.8moms.com/deal/national/fitness-magazine and the code is still the same: PARENTING8 Hope that helps.
  • Yesterday's and today's workout both went well...today being the better of the two. 30DS continues to kick my butt, but it's getting better day by day. Sooo, what have I learned in this journey? I've learned a lot of things, but the most important thing is my new understanding and perception of healthier eating, and it's…
  • Day 6, Level 1 is complete! So glad to say that. It's not getting easier, but I'm definitely getting stronger. I'm controlling my breathing a lot better, and I'm able to do most of the moves in completion without taking a break. Level 2 makes me nervous, but I'm looking forward to it...I think. Good luck to rest of you, my…

  • OMG, yes!!!!
  • I'm really thrilled to be a part of this challenge, and to get to know you ladies better over the next few months. I know we can all hit are targets as long as we stay focused on our goals. Okay, so I thought I was starting at 216, but thankfully as of yesterday (had to work today and couldn't get on scale), I was 214.2.…
  • I'm so excited to finally get this challenge rolling tomorrow. Everyone's story is so touching, and I can tell that this will be my favorite challenge by far. Although I don't know many of you, I already feel so close to you, and I'm glad to be sharing this journey with you...that alone will help keep me accountable, and…
  • L1D4 completed, and I'm glad I made it through. I did a lot better on all of the movements, and was able to do all the push ups (modified) without stopping. Also, as much as I hate the bicycle kicks, I managed to hold my legs up for at least 50 seconds before dropping...that's a huge improvement, considering on day one I…

  • Alright, so day 3, level 1 completed! ***big sigh of relief*** It's not getting easier, but its tolerable. I'm pushing myself more, and have been able to get through most of the movements without wanting to die. I'm very sore post-workout, but I won't let that stop me from going at it again tomorrow. I also added Turbo Jam…
  • Not sure how to answer your question exactly, but with my HRM I seem to burn at least 240 cals in the full 25 mins (including warm up & cool down). I've seen some people input it as circuit training to get an idea. Sorry, but hope this helps.
  • Day 3, Level 1 is finally done! It definitely hasn't gotten easier as yet, but I can feel myself having more stamina. I still hate the bicycle kicks, but I was able to hold out for longer periods before dropping my legs. And I actually did real jumps on the jump ropes instead of the side to side movement that I did…
  • L1D2 completed! I'm actually looking forward to tomorrow's workout, and will throw some Turbo Jam in the mix as well. I jammed to my own tunes today while doing it, and I must say that it helped me to push through the harder parts, i.e. those damn bicycle kicks (I HATE them!).
  • I'm in as well! Day 2 is in the books, and I can't wait to see a newly shredded me in 30 days! Will post my measurements tomorrow. Happy shredding to you all!

  • I'll join in on the fun as well. I recently purchased it, and tried it once. It was tolerable, but definitely a workout. My biggest challenge has been bringing myself to do it. I'm hoping that a challenge like this will get me back on track. I'll start again tomorrow after work, and will post my stats at that time.
  • Wowzers....you are freakin' amazing! Thanks for sharing your story, and congrats on your progress and being so close to your goal! That is awesome! I cannot wait for the day when I can share a similar story! You are truly inspirational, reminding me that the road won't be easy, but it's doable, and worth doing! And thanks…
