    I have finally finished the 30 day shred and I am so proud of myself for actually sticking to it. I have lost a total of 9lbs and a little over 14in overall. Well here are the pix.

    just started 30 day shred, hope i get the same results. i love how the back fat just seems to disappear on most everyone that has done the 30 ds.
