My trainer told me form doesnt matter its the muscle contraction. if you lift it up thats good, expeciallly you want to get bigger you lift heavier weights, you might struggle but 2 or 3 reps will build muscles. form just limits you

Yeah, this trainer i know said free weights are best because you get more out your work out and build muscles faster. My gym has free weights, ill mostly do that then and build muscle while i eat with with a calorie deficit to lose weight

Im going to play the Just dance games, Its fun and I can burn calories without knowing im working out, ill also walk around too. :)

Thanks for the advice guys. I need to build my stamina and endurance, Walking i dont get tired, Also a Cardio video I can last 15 mins at best, Dancing i love to do, I can last awhile with some low impact zumba.

Thanks guys, Im eating a lot more now to reach my daily, I do feel a lot more full, I realize it was doing me harm. Im joining a gym next month so Im going to track the calories burned then eat according.

It went to the 2000 because I worked out i had a filling lunch so dinner is going to be light if the calories are low ill just eat more till i reach 1800 calories. i need to go grocery shopping soon i ran out of fruits and veggies, I do love them by the way.

Im 5'4 and weight 250 it says on my daily goal i should eat 1,860. My diary is open, I need some advice

My height is 5'5 and i weight 250. My goal Calorie Limit is 1,860 i have about 775 to go, so I can still eat something else before bed.

i ate a little more now my total is 1,081 calories for the day i can still eat a little bit more

Maybe you right 130 seems way too much, in High school i remember losing 70 pounds and I was arnd 160 pounds and i look great. i might change my goal weight to 155
