Im gaining muscles from only weight training for only a few

Ive been using free weights to work on my biceps and beans and i do only 20 reps and i go to cardio, after two days of weight training for only a few, my biceps are hard already, im on a weight loss Journy, do I have the body type that gain muscles quickly?

    More likely is that your muscles are holding onto some extra fluid to help cushion and repair them after your workout. This gives the muscles a "pumped" look that many mistake for new muscle growth.
