What leads to successful weight loss?
In high school i was fat so i lost 80 pounds. Now im fat again, now i think i have some keys that will help me. Eat under a calorie defeicit, move around more, track my food intake. I will start a gym next month so is cardio and weight training both good?

Im heading to the gym and im obease and out of shape. Im thinking walking 3.0mph on the treadmill for 30 mins and 30 mins on the elipical. You think this is good for a fat person like me?

why did my calorie deficit change
It change to 2330, I lost weight with 1860 being the deficit. I just changed it to 1920. I want to know will i still lose weight with these changes. im 25 years old and weigh 255 and im 5'5. im confuse if this should be my calorie intake to lose weight

My old calorie deficit was 1860 and i lost weight on that deficit, now im on a new 2,320 calorie deficit. im more active then before i was light active now im just active. I go to the gym now for 30 or 60 mins and i walk around lil bit more. Im 5'5 and weight 257 pounds. will i lose weight eatting that much calories?

Im gaining muscles from only weight training for only a few
Ive been using free weights to work on my biceps and beans and i do only 20 reps and i go to cardio, after two days of weight training for only a few, my biceps are hard already, im on a weight loss Journy, do I have the body type that gain muscles quickly?
