He wanted me to do 3 sets on a 30 dumb bell i couldnt pull i kept trying but my bad soreness wouldnt let me he was angry and spotted me to finish. My body is in very bad shape i cant workout today what should i do hes crazy

Are you just sore from a previous workout, or are you sore from an actual injury? Don't push an injury too hard. If you aren't feeling it with your trainer, maybe you need to try a new one. Good luck! :)

Wow. What a (insert your favorite non-mfp acceptable insult here)! If you are hurt that badly, he should not have been pushing you. If you are just sore from the new routine, I would take it slower than normal but still continue. Actually injured? Absolutely not!

Harden up and tell him what's what!

Why are you here complaining about it instead of dealing with him face-to-face, when the situation presented itself?

You're paying him good money, you're the boss. Act like one.

A good trainer would recognize if someone was really hurting and either modify or just discontinue. There's forced reps and then their "forced" reps. Doesn't sound like he's that aware of how sore you may have actually been.

There is good pain (soreness from working out for example) and bad pain (from an injury, or such). There is a difference between the two, and if you had bad pain and he tried to push you, then that could potentially harm you. It sounds like he doesn't know what he is doing if he isn't taking a possible injury into account and helping you modify things to accommodate it.

My red flag would be the insulting you in front of others. It's one thing to push you, and some people might need a bit of yelling, but another to insult and make you feel bad about yourself.

I'd either speak to him, or the manager, and let them know that you aren't happy. If possible, switch trainers to someone that will work with you, and you're happy with.
