Should i add weight training to my workout?

I only do cardio, but im afraid of lose skin, should I add weight training for lean muscle.

    Why not?
    Give it a try, it certainly cannot hurt you as long as you do it in moderation.

    Yes. Weight training while losing preserves muscle, which will result in a better physique when you reach your goal.

    I love weight training. I prefer it to Cardio. I really like that I am not just losing weight but getting strong.

    Done consistently, you can totally reshape your body over time and it will preserve muscle, keeping your metabolism healthy.

    Great idea :)
    I prefer to alternate it, mon wed fri is lifting, tue thur sat is cardio. Works for me :)
