I honestly didn't think it was "dr worthy" but I guess I do need to go in and get it checked. I just figured they would say "stay off it" and I could do that myself lol. And 4 weeks seems like a lot of time but you do what you have to do I guess! Thank you.

Well today I avoided the scale but put on some pants that were too tight about two weeks ago and they fit great! So I guess something is working :)

Thanks for the replies. Yesterday was a pretty intense workout, so I guess that would explain the gain today. I have gotten better about weighing everyday, now it's more like once a week. Definitely going to invest in some measuring tape from now on!

Thank you both. I agree I should step away from the scale.. I can already notice a difference in my appearance but I've been hung up on "THE" number for so long now, it's kind of hard to let that go..

I'm doing it 3 days a week (MWF) so I was planning on doing my runs on Sat and Sun. I don't want to interfere with my muscle recovery though. Maybe just two short runs over the weekend? I am pretty sore after only two workouts so far..

I do take at least one rest day a week, sometimes two. And I know the tub of ice cream won't really help, that was more of a joke like "ah screw it". Maybe I should take a week or so off and see how I feel. Thanks for the advice.

I put "my" foods on a shelf and tell them it's off limits. My 10 year old is the worst about this. Just the other day I put a protein bar in the fridge and he assumed since it wasn't on the shelf he could eat it. I was irritated but reminded him that I buy them all kinds of things to eat and that my stuff is mine.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this but the Walmart brand Sea Salt Caramel with Truffle is one of the best ice creams ever. EVER.

My goal is to have more muscle definition I guess. I'll play around with the carbs/protein and see how I feel/look after a few weeks. Thank you for your reply.

I'm 5'2 and my gw is 102. I am almost there! I was 103 last week but between it being my TOM and being on vacation and eating a ton (!) I've gained a few pounds back. Ideally I would just like to fluctuate between 102-105.

I noticed that once I increased how much fat, not fiber, I was consuming in a day, it really helped me. You might try adding some more healthy fats to your diet and see what that does for you.

I run and do the 30DS and also JM's Shred it with Weights, however I do not do them on the same day. My week is usually : MWF DVD, Tues OR Thurs run, Sat and Sun run 2x a day. I found my running improved once I started incorporating the DVDs in to my training. My legs felt stronger and my endurance was better.

I plan on trying to go on a walk tonight or something to help offset some of the indulgences. I'll be back to my "normal" routine on Friday when I go home.

The only thing that I absolutely cannot have in my house is Oreos. I will eat an entire package in two days. Everything else I'm great at self control, but those little devils get me every time.

Walmart brand is low fat, high fiber and only 80 calories. I've switched to those.

I workout 6 days a week. 3 strength training days and 3 cardio. On the 7th day sometimes I go on a walk, pushing my daughter in her stroller, but nothing crazy.

Crackers and sprite has pretty much been my "diet" too.. I guess I'll just stay away from the scale for a few days until I feel human again!

This is what my schedule currently allows: MWF I do a Jillian Michaels DVD Tuesday is "rest day" but I typically take my daughter out in her stroller for a walk. Thursday I do a 3 mile run Sat and Sun I do a 6mile run in the morning and a 6mile run in the afternoon, each day. I'm hoping to up my Thursday run to a 6 mile as…
