IIFYM or MFP

When I put in my numbers on MFP to maintain I get 1610 but when I put them in the IIFYM calculator I got 1734. Does anyone know which is more accurate?

All calorie goals are going to be estimates. Pick one, try it for a few weeks, adjust as necessary.

Just remember that iffym.com is including your exercise upfront in your calorie goal. However, if you use MFP as it was designed, you'd want to log any exercise and eat the extra calories the site adds. That often accounts for differences between the two methods.

This. It seems to me MFP tends to take your calories too low though.

No-one can tell you which is more accurate for you! They are both estimates and very similar ones assuming you don't do a lot of exercise.

Remember - MFP gives you 1610 plus exercise calories.
TDEE calculator is giving you 1734 including your exercise calories

Pick a method, pick a number, track consistently and adjust your numbers based on results over time..
