Week 1 PW: 267.4 CW:268.6 I had a rough week with everyone in the house being sick. I didn’t log in much or pay attention to what I ate. I’m hoping this is just waterweight and I’ll be back down by next week.

I had a NYC wedding in 2013. It cost about 35k. I loved everything about my wedding and wouldn’t change it.

Daily post Thursday Track: yes Calories: under Exercise: nightly walk I’m currently on maternity leave and have been cleaning my house like crazy. I have more steps than I usually get. I somehow don’t drink enough water though when I’m home. I don’t know what the difference is, but when I’m at work, I drink a ton of water.

I haven’t logged the past couple days. I’ve been constantly hungry and have eaten unhealthy the past couple days. I need to start logging and make better choices again. I have been been getting more exercise though. I just taught my son how to ride his bike, so we’ve been going on walks several times a day for him to ride…

Daily Monday check-in Track: yes Calories: under I have an enormous sweet tooth that tried to get the best of me today. I’ve decided to not keep sweets in the house at all so I have nothing to be tempted by. I had a carb smart icecream bar which was not bad

Daily post Sunday Track: yes Calories: over My family went out to eat at On the Border. We haven’t been in a long time, soo allowed myself the treat. I had no clue just how many calories I was eating until after I got home and logged them. It was definitely eye opening.

I’m finally back from vacation and back on track with logging my foods. I went food shopping today and didn’t buy any sweets. I bought all healthy snacks. If it’s not in the house, I can’t eat it!

I’m away on vacation and there’s no scale here at my in-laws house. I am not sure what my weight is this week. It was 270 before leaving though.

Hi everyone-I was a part of this challenge for awhile before I got pregnant. I have a 2 mo th old son now. I’m back to pre-pregnancy weight, but now I’m ready to begin losing the extra weight I’ve been carrying around. I want to be able to be more active for my little boys. My goal right now is to lose 50lbs.

I didn't track at all yesterday. Did a lot of yard work though and got in my steps. Today: Track: yes Calories: a little over Exercise: walking Water: not enough! I need to up my water again. That's my goal for this week.

Sunday: Tracked: yes Calories: over Exercise: ran around the yard with my toddler for an hour and did housework in the morning Water: 16oz-not including coffee and some Diet Coke I will meal plan today for the week.

Week: March Week 2 PW =247.4 CW=248 I decided to get a Fitbit to try to help with some motivation to move. I'm also going to begin 30 day shred. I've ised it before successfully to jumpstart my exercise, hoping it'll work this time too.
