ohh..i forgot, that's me too. only with the honey buns. i get sick from eating too many. ill eat 3-a whole box in one day.

Most greens , particularly spinach and collard greens. Turkey burgers, and potatoes, they help a lot. i eat loaded potatoes almost everyday.

To get to 20lbs losted mark. So I can be out of the 150's and in the 140's. I just want to hit. 20lbs lost so bad 😁. It will be big achievement to me 🏆. I have 5.4 more lbs to go. To hit that mark. It is kinda slow. I'll get there eventually of course.

I choose mine after looking up. What highest weight online.that Is healthy weight for my height.143 lbs is the highest. So that's the one I pick. It'll also be very much maintainable/sustainable for me.

On a diet break now. I felt so ragged and lifeless. I only went for 90 days in a deficit. It stalled all the way out at 70 days. I ate at a surplus of about 1900 calories. That person is me* I've lost weight and maintained it with no exercise. I lost 8 pounds doing just about nothing. I did no intentional exercise. I walk 90% of the time. To where I need to go. I walk miles to get where I need to. Also just clean around my house, that's about it. I wasn't literally sitting on my butt all day.

I had no problem, I was excited, that I got an extra 300 calories. I just added some more of my favorite snacks or food in.

Them calories seem pretty low! Sound like calories to loose around 0.5 lbs per week. Then again idk your weight or anything. If she's short, it might be right, without exercise.

I adjusted mine to upward. When I first started maintaining it was 122lbs. Now my goal is to be atleast 135lbs for now. Original GW 122lbs (felt horrible) Original GW range: 122-126 lbs Current GW range: 128-135lbs ( Feel hecka great at this weight)

Same here, After hitting 120 lbs I couldn't lose anymore without feeling miserable myself.

I don't really have a specific number of calories I eat at each meal.. but when I look back Mines is broken down like 500> breakfast 700 >lunch 600 >dinner 200-400> Snacks or drinks My calorie goal range> 1720-2200-it varies from day to day (maintaining)

I am 5'6 and 125 did not look ideal on me when I got to it, so I dropped maybe just 3 lbs more and started lifting.. now at 125 I look pretty okay I did gain a few lbs back : p

Women can surely go below 125 and there's nothing wrong with that unless they're pretty tall...

Because some women are short/smaller they can lose a few more lbs and still be in a healthy weight range..

Lift 2-3 times per week :P sometimes zero ^^. I also walk 240 minutes per week I really don't care about the extra calories since it's not much..I maintain 1750-2200 minimum... I don't exercise to eat more food.. : 0
