Hi reenekolb. What I've found was working for me very well was delaying eating carbs in the morning for as long as possible. When you wake up your body is starved of carbohydrates which has been used overnight. Instead of eating cereal, granola, drinking fruit juice etc. in the morning try something like eggs and bacon or…
