Depends on what you're trying to acheive. I googled healthy detoxes and there are a ton. The one that I did was a fruit and veggie detox...fresh veggies with nothing added, raw or cooked and fresh fruit.

I do! I do the shred almost everyday and the c25k program as written which is 3 days a week.

I spend about that amount... Usually what I buy is on the perimeter of the store Fruits, veggies, fresh salmon, thin sliced chicken breasts, pasta...things like that.

You may be eating too many or too few calories or you could be gaining muscle and slimming down. Take measurements and use that in addition to the scale

I love Splenda! Mostly because my Abuela used to sneak them into her famous Sweet Potato Pie and I didn't notice the difference

Well when I went to Finish Line, they asked me a ton of questions as to what I was looking for, did I want lightweight, comfort, blah blah blah. Your best bet will to go talk to someone in store so they can suggest what's good for you.

Spiders! and anything else that crawls. I refuse to open my bedroom windows because a spider might crawl in. I don't park under trees...again, spiders, and every night before bed I check the corners of my room, behind doors, and the windows for spiders lol :noway:
