  • Feel free to add me. I'm in pretty much the same boat as you. I'm not getting a good nights sleep because I keep waking up with night sweats to throw off the covers. Only to wake up a few minutes later to find the covers because I've gotten cold. Then that makes me tired all day. I have around 20 pounds I'd like to lose.

  • I get real motivated at the beginnig of every month. However the later is the month the less motivation I can come up with. Feel free to add me. Maybe we can motivate each other.
  • I can definitely see a difference. That gives me hope that I can see on also. I am on day 6 of level one of 30 day shred.
  • I would love to have some friends to add also. I am 47 and although I've been working out and "trying " to eat better I've not lost any weight to show for it. Maybe having friends to motivate and be accountable to would help me achieve my goal.
