I had the oppostie problem for the first three weeks of my lifestyle change. I had horrible gas staring around 10 a.m. that would last all day, and I always had an extra BM in the afternoon (I am a morning person). My body adjusted and I am back to normal now.

I just increased mine to 1350 also last week and will see how it works. I have lost about 1 pound/week in the past month of joining MFP, but it feels like that is a normal weight fluctuation and that I really haven't lost anything.

I was wondering if a spice cake mix would be good with the pumpkin. In the past, I have done a can of apple pie filling and spice cake and it turned out like a coffee cake. I think I made the cake like it said with the eggs and oil, then added the pie filling.

Thanks everyone for the insights. I will start logging on the weekends so I can see what I am doing during my "free" days. I don't eat junk or fast food on the weekends, but I may have a fountain soda or a coffee with cream that I don't have during the week.

I don't really cheat, but don't log in my food. No fast food or junk food, but I do make a larger meal on Sundays. Yesterday was coconut curry chicken with rice and sweet potatoes. I should log my weekends because sometimes I think I don't eat enough.

I also vote for eating more, and cutting out some of the processed foods like snack packs, frozen meals and white bread. I switched to Aunt Millie's Whole Wheat Slimwiches at 90 calories. Also, are you adding any mayo or anything to your sandwiches or anything else that is unaccounted for in your diary?

Oh my that sandwich sounds naughtily-good!!!! My cheat day is usually a cheat meal. Tonight it is pizza, but with ham & pineapple, no greasy pepperoni or sausage. I try and stay "good" for the day until I have my cheat meal.
