I love this program. I have lost 11 pounds in in 3months. I will tell anyone to try it and get ready for some awesome results. The most important thing is as of a result of losing weight through this program, is that my health problems have decreased:)

    I agree and congrats to you. I tell everyone I meet up with about this site. It's the first thing that has ever worked for me. I think the accountability is what give me that extra little push to stick to it.
