Calipers. And then I use this guide and tools to find it.

Probably not, but I don't know, that's why I was trying to get her to define what she is after because I don't quite understand.

So, you don't want muscle and you don't fat, but you want to add ten pounds somehow? Is that correct?

lol On the subject of gym complaints.... The stupid Anytime I sometimes go to (because I'm out again in the sticks) across the street finally got a power rack. Sure, buy a massage thing first and another tanning bed, but a power rack and oly bar? Nah that can wait. And the power rack they bought, is more for the home and…

So that's where Bally's went too. The closest one to me shuttered a few years ago after it became a blast for a month or two and then failing. My brother-n-law is more yoga pants crazy than I am. They're cute... on my floor.

Yeah, no rules there lifting in the basement. Had me so many good sessions and I was still rather new at lifting so I'd be there 3 hours per 3 days a week. Do Bally's still exist? First Y I lifted at even had a oly deadlifting station, complete with chalk. You're probably better off at the Y, otherwise you'd be getting the…

First hand. The amount of money I've wasted in keeping a gym membership and not going. Hate to say, but PF is kinda brilliant.

lol JoRocka. And you could smoke inside in those days. I remember some of the older ladies ogling us young bucks as we made our way down to the locker room to the weight rooms - and without tipping. Jerks. IF that wasn't bad enough, you'd have creepy pastors trying to bring you to Jesus as you got your lift on. Funny I…

I never imbibed at that gym and from all the skateboarding and snowboarding I used to do, I knew better. Here's the description on their website about that location: "Stop by... for a beverage after your workout or just or sit by the cozy fireplace – day or night! This full service bar and grill is the perfect place to…

One of the first, or second gyms, I joined (on my own, not family membership) actually did have a bar and disco lights with dance floor. The weights were located in one of the two disused racquetball courts downstairs. It may have had the bar and dance floor, but it was still more of a gym than PF.

Oh good.. I thought I might have been to sly. lol Yeah its that feeling you could have always done more that will haunt you. My last tests were the same way, but at the risk of injury or worse, I can (barely) live with it.

Listen to them both. They know their shift.

You hurt bro feeling.

Yum (and only Granada, Spain.) Lamb.

Sweet McCloud. And for six months, you must be floating. Like on a cloud.

Give these a shot. I program these after all the barbell work I do, swapping one for the other every other week. STRAIGHT-ARM PULLDOWN SEATED ONE-ARM CABLE PULLEY ROWS

Not a lunge lover either. I do them anyway.

Well I did my numbers today and after roughly 6 to 8 weeks bulking I clock in at 200 lbs and 11.1% bf (Previously 196 lbs and 10.2% bf) of all American, Midwest-Bred, Corn-Fed, Male. My GW is to hit 205 by the end of March and I guess this is a lean bulk. Think I should tweak anything? Or full-speed ahead?

It's all about balance isn't it? I'm not much of runner, but man does fitness keeps me happy.

Admit ignorance and keep learning, asking, and cross-check references. How else?
-
lol I'm finding that my lack of science disturbing.

Get that chest up! Nice lift!

I'm a few years older than you and I gotta tell you that fatigue does set in. Or I am just old and its par. Anyway, I have to call my doctor about a v-procedure anyway, I think I am going to request this. Thank you for sharing this - I didn't know you had to specifically request it.

Black Flag "Rise Above."

How did I miss the new Godflesh album that came out in October? I don't even...
-
I guess I didn't have a "full" panel then.
-
Thanks much. That's kinda what I thinking.. wasn't sure on the T and if that T was part and parcel of the TSH. It was only the only test I received that was roughly hormone related.
-
I had a full blood panel early last month as well as physical. The only flag I got what I may be slightly anemic (and from what I read being anemic is like being pregnant - either you are or not.) Despite that, what am I looking for in regards to T count within my results? Is it the "TSH WITH REFLEX FT4" test? tia

lol. Is it good? If it wasn't rest I need between sets I'd wouldn't have to worry about tv invading my workout time. Thankfully, the bluetooth ear buds are shoved in pretty tight.
