I got quite drunk last night. I've now achieved acceptance.

heh- is that the "I was silly last night" comment.

According to my BF's sister's fiance- you're not a man any more and you aren't relatable to any other alpha males (seriously- we has this 'discussion' over coffee after thanksgiving dinner) I wanted to punch that fcker in the gonads SO bad.

whatever- you're twice the man he is- even if you need some T help- can't wait to see what it does for you in terms of your lifts. I have high hopes.

I have high hopes too. My lift increases have slowed significantly, and I'm having to earn them now, maybe this will help me up them a bit prior to having to really earn em.

What's interesting is the statement I'm not relatable to other alphas... would someone call Mark Bell an alpha? lol.

So now something I have to think about. There's a PL comp in May, 10% of the lifters are tested. Starting tomorrow, I'll fail tests for synthetic testosterone. Hm.

I had a full blood panel early last month as well as physical.

The only flag I got what I may be slightly anemic (and from what I read being anemic is like being pregnant - either you are or not.) Despite that, what am I looking for in regards to T count within my results?

Is it the "TSH WITH REFLEX FT4" test?

T is TES, and it was a special one I had to request.

TSH is thyroid. Not sure what FT4 is, my TSH test was *just* TSH.

    TSH is Thyroid Stimulating Hormone.

I'm on TRT myself and I would strongly suggest getting your estradiol tested if you're going to get your T tested.

    Thanks much.

That's kinda what I thinking.. wasn't sure on the T and if that T was part and parcel of the TSH. It was only the only test I received that was roughly hormone related.

    I guess I didn't have a "full" panel then.

I think Tes is considered an expanded panel.

So you have condensed, full, and then expanded. Or something.

Ha ha! In all seriousness though, I wish I didn't have to be on it; it's a pain in the *kitten* and quite literally too.

I'm not kidding when I say fear of needles. I'm not sure how I'm going to handle this, but if this is going to work for the long term, I need to learn how to stick a piece of metal in my *kitten*.

    That's a creepy idea.

Doing it the first time was creepy. It was like... "am I really going to jam this into my *kitten*?" twice... If you need it then you need and should do it BUT, make sure you get your estrogen checked. That really gets neglected and often doc's will say you don't need it but that could be part of the problem too. Once you start supplementing with Test, guess what happens... you E goes up as well and you still feel like you have symptoms of low-T.

Admit ignorance and keep learning, asking, and cross-check references. How else?
