Not a morning person, I am a night-owl by nature and love to work out at night. I use to work out from 10-11ish, but now work out from 7-8ish.

I should clarify a few things. I do cardio exercises (I'm doing a P90X/Insanity hybrid schedule right now) and am a somewhat avid rollerblader (I can easily blade 15 miles). Finally a nice day! Been rainy and cold the past few days. Got out to the Zoo, walked around for a couple hours. Came home, knocked out Chest, Shoulders, Triceps and Ab Ripper. I did Kenpo last night and I really felt bored with it. I like the workout a lot but at this point I don't feel even challenged by it. I don't think I hit my max zone heart rate even once. No, I just go right into it, but I work out at night after 7 or 8 pm so don't have the time to wait. I'd probably be able to do more reps if if I did wait and build up some energy. Not a bad idea if you have the time to split them up.

Yep, I did it. I swigged on a glass of the ole gin ' n tonic. My first drink in about 40 days. That's great! I can do all of ARX except for the bike and reverse bike, my legs just won't cooperate the whole time, mostly my thighs, they just burn.
