I'm interested to see if anyone reply's. I had ice cream last night and this morning I felt like a bag of bricks. My face was puffy and I was groggy. All day today I've felt OFF.

I used to get my super fit ex to go for a run before he picked me up so we could go together. That way we both got a decent workout in that worked with our different fitness levels. You could try walking by yourself first and circling back to come pick them up?

Today is a holiday for me but I just finished day 4 of Jamie Eason's (spelling?) LiveFit Trainer from Bodybuilding.com. My upper body is dying but after today I get three days off of much needed rest but I'm thinking I might just squeeze in some cardio if the weather cooperates. I have been really putting in effort to eat…

Hello everybody! My name is Jen and I would love to reach my goal by June 21st although I'll settle for halfway between here and there by June 21st. I don't want to push myself too hard. That is the reason I love MFP, because it is a sensible lifestyle and not a promise to lose 500 pounds in a month fad. I am getting…

Wow! So happy for you! It seems like it really took some courage for you to be so honest and I really appreciate that. Right now my dad weighs I think somewhere near 330 lbs and I'm so worried for him but I have no idea what to say to him as I don't want to hurt his feelings and he usually just brushes off any concerns…

I have had memberships with both and either way I don't think it matters too much. The biggest thing for picking a good gym for me was finding a place that was close to my home and had a daycare for my daughter. I go to World now and it's so close to home that it's hard to justify missing a workout.

This is my first time reaching out and I'm a bit nervous. O-well, trying new things is good for me :) Feel free to add me.
