I've lived in Cleveland all my life. I have lived on both the East and West side. Some benefits of living in the Eastern Suburbs are better stores such as Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and Zigarios for foods. Plus, there is Legacy Village and Beachwood Malls and Coventry Village. The best Cleveland area suburbs are: Cleveland…

Based on what I know about IR, this is very precise information and I appreciate how well it is explained. The content is easy to follow and understand. This is very useful for me as I try to control cravings that are a direct result of IR. TY.

Low sodium veggie or chicken broth is 20 Calories per bowl. Think of it as a low calorie won ton soup, or just think of it as won soup. Get it?

Same problem here. I find it helpful to log everything!!! Even the late night eating -count it as breakfast if you must. Just log it and make it count!!

When I starting doing crunches, I noticed a significant improvement in my waist line. I was doing about 100 sloppy crunches 3 times per week.

When I was about 6, my mother made a dish similar to this for me. She insisted that I stay at the table until I finished it. I sat there for a loooooong time.

Me too! This year, the tree is going up before Thanksgiving! I was at Costco and couldn't resist the bunches of grapes with lights entwined in them. I saw the reindeer -he is amazing. I would have spent the money if only his nose was lite. I want a giant Rudolph but not the wirey kind. Lukima Who is the author?

Today was tough. Hubby got some bad news from the doctor: Internal Bleeding! We don't know why -yet. I'm not sleeping well and Tom made today's diary look like a hell storm. The good news is that I had to change clothes 3 times today because my clothes were all too big. I managed to lose 1/2 a pound last week. I…

We had the same competition at work! Even the numbers were the same :-) I won because I lost 28 lbs. I was very surprised that I won because some people cheated by wearing layers and heavy clothes on the day of the initial weigh-in. I never thought to do this. Anyway, here is how I won: 1) Cut out beef because the body…

As I stooped to pick up the papers I had just dropped on the sidewalk, a black Cadillac Escalade pulled up to the curb beside me. I knew immediately who it was and he was the last person I wanted to see right now. I was in a hurry - how long would he wait? I decided to run before the Escalade stopped. My heart was pounding…

It has worked out really, really well for me. I won the biggest loser contest at work because I lost 28 lbs is 3 months. Now that I am into my 5th month, I must exercise more in order to maintain weight loss of 2 lbs per week. Sometimes I eat back all of the calories I earn from exercising, sometimes I do not. It just…

Just test drove a Fiona Moving Comfort i purchased off Amazon for approx. 30.00USD. I am very impressed with it because on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being way too much jiggle. I would give it a 2. During my high impact running and jumping routine, this bra keeps the girls under control and it is super comfortable! I worked…
