  • I actually did the Shaun T Rock it Out workout which uses weights. The problem I'm having is I have a lot of cardio workouts but not many weight training workouts. I liked it but generally I do cardio and I know I need to introduce more weight training.

  • I tried the eating high carb then low carb 3 days then high and I've finally broken into the 120s after a month being stuck at 130! I will continue to do this and see if I lose anymore. If not then ill try the other suggestions-thanks everyone!!

  • I started noticing a big change in the way my bras fit. I've always been a D to DD cup and one day I put on a bra that was as D and it was really loose. For me personally I've noticed a change in size there although I haven't tried on smaller bra sizes yet. I suppose it is a good thing though.
