I hate shopping for cloths but just bought some new under wear and a bathing suit(skirt) but still don't like pants it takes me forever to get dressed in the morning.

Everyone is different. I had surgery several years ago and went back light in 6 weeks. You can add it to pancakes or Any baked good to add protein. You can put it in a blender and add berries and soya milk, skim or almond milk. Add to yougurt for yout calcium. We can do this. Keep logging and keep track of everything you put in your mouth even if it's a stick of gum. And remember every pound you take off equivalent to 4 sticks of butter. Think about that when you think only one pound is not that much to lose in a week.

i have done it before it really makes you feel good. but i did eat solid food with it. a great cleanse is no sugar no dairy no booze no wheat and the lemon drink.

You can do the cleans and eat healthy at the same time. Just very little carbs lots of fruit and veggies. Never a good idea to go on a all beverage cleans

I am a 36 F or G depending on the bra. The insurance make a manditory volume removal if they pay for it, not sure what that is, but most of the pictures i see are not that small. Maybe a D for me.

I would wait a few months to get either done if i do. and would hope to lose the additional 15-20 by then. I will never have my tummy back after my 11lbs baby that I love with all my heart. You can do it. Just keep logging eveything you put in your mouth... I mean everything. Once you do that the rest comes easy. You will have good days and not so good days, but will have great support on this page. Congrats for starting on the path. ...now it's my time to get back into the swing.

They do make products with both whey whe protein isolate and milk protein isolates. I say go with th egg white. I make a 3 egg fried egg spinach wih a dash of cheese ummmmmmmmm
