Does anyone have a 20-30/lbs to lose?
I would be happy with 15 but true goal is 27/lbs. accountability and support helps so much. I know I can do this but works better when I use MFP. It keeps me focused. :) friend me if you want to DO THIS!

Who has 20-25 to take off?
Hello, I have done this too many times. I get close to my goal take off 10-15 then gain it all back. I want to lose a min of 20 and would love 27. This sight seems to be the only thing that keeps me motivated. Friends always help. Hope to see you on MFP

I have been on MFP before and it really helped me. I just got so busy with life and after losing weight I just kind of stopped trying. Welllllllll you know what happen gained back some of my weight. Would like to lose 10-15 and work out a lot more. I'm looking to find some friends to keep me motivated.

New and ready
I have been on my diet...life change for 3 weeks, been very good but need a little support and acountability. Lookg for people to check in with when i don't want to go to the gym or when I want something I really shouldn't eat. 20lbs is my goal but 12-15lbs would be great.
