Insanity is good, but I love T25 because it's shorter :) I haven't done it but I've heard good things about piyo.

yep! I just finished the first week and I wanted to give up almost everyday. It is hard, but so worth it after! If it helps at all, I hadn't exercised in about 5 months when I started the program and I was able to do it. Good luck!! :smile:

When I get a treat we go to Baskin Robbins and I get rainbow sherbert. You can look up the calorie count for them and Dairy Queen online :)
