The hubby and I went to Don Pablo's today for dinner and they have new menus that list calories for every single entree! Although I usually do my research beforehand, it's nice to know that more restaurants are trying to help us out with providing this information. Just thought I would share with y'all :smile:

My NSV!!
I ran today..a whole freakin mile!! I don't even care that it was on a low speed on the treadmill (5.2), or that it took me 12 minutes to do..I did it and I feel amazing! Prior to today, I couldn't even run for longer than 3 minutes, and now that I have accomplished this, I can't wait to see what else I can do :smile:

So excited...really??
I never thought this day would come, the day that I actually get excited about going to the gym, but it did! I can't believe that I look forward to going to the gym after work..whether it be spinning, cardio, or weights, I love it all! This is big success for me and I feel like I am finally on the road to not only losing…

Breathing & Running....
Good morning! I am training for a marathon relay in a few months and I am having an issue with my breathing! I don't know if this sounds crazy or not but I get out of breath so fast...Do you have any breathing advice for a beginning runner? Thanks in advance :smile:

Breakfast Ideas..
