How is showing restrain in his diet "cheating"? How is he not putting in effort? I think someone's jealous.

I guess you missed the part where I apparently don't know anything about my own taxes. hahaha

Okay, I must not remember the numbers correctly then because I made $283k on salary last year.
-
I wasn't including all of the taxes I paid in, just federal, or the bill I owed during tax time because I don't remember those numbers off of the top of my head. But I did have 2 dependents and purchased a house and new vehicle so perhaps that's why?
-
Only because I have dependents!

I was measured and they do look quite marvelous in a bra, but I HATE wearing them, that's why I want them more perky.

I paid in almost 14% of my salary last year. I don't even wanna hear it.

Ooo I'll have to try it. My loss so far has been from diet alone because I couldn't exercise, but now that I can I'd like to get into weight lifting!
-
Thank you all for the advice! I figured it was a long shot, and I will definitely be waiting until I'm done losing weight before looking into a lift.

I don't mind small boobs. It's not necessarily the size that's bothering me, I just want them more perky! lol

Bumping in hopes of other exercise ideas!

Oh my you poor dear! I knew a girl who had size J boobs since she was a freshman in high school! She got a job and saved every dime she made and when she had enough, she got a reduction. My 14 year old cousin just had to have a reduction as well, she has been a DDD since she was 11. Poor girl has a tiny frame (4'9) , so…

I monitor my calorie intake as close as it can get. I weigh everything I eat and measure down to the 1/4 tsp any condiments I use. I don't have an issue with over/under eating, I'm just looking for a way to start losing again.
-
I calorie count and exercise and my scale will not budge. I've tried increasing and decreasing my calories from the 1,540 per day and no results. I don't buy into meal replacement shakes, nor diet pills, so I thought this might be a reasonable way to start losing again.
-
Weighing is the ideal method, but if you can't get a scale for whatever reason, at least use a measuring cup and look up proper food portions to make sure yours is as close to accurate as you can get it. When all else fails, make half of your plate full of vegetables, 1/4 grains or potatoes (if you choose to partake in…

He's extremely under weight for his height. Are there any concerns that he may have an eating disorder? If not, I'd really consider adding higher calorie healthy items to his diet like peanut butter, beans, avocados, red meats etc.

I understand where you're coming from, but it didn't really come out of nowhere. I see at least 20 people a DAY ask why they are gaining weight and use one of the 3 excuses I posted. That's why those were the ones I mentioned. It's also the reason for the title, to catch the attention of people who are about to ask why…

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! WE HAVE FOUND THE SNOWFLAKE! Congratulations Atkins, you are the first person to get pissed off enough to say something! It's not condescending, it's the truth, being posted by a fellow fatty who was once in those shoes. I see in the 5 seconds that your post was up it was flagged more than my post…
